Surya Shakti cultivates great physical fitness and strength. “Surya” means “sun” and “Shakti” means “energy”. Surya Shakti is an active form of sun salutation. It is an ancient yoga practice consisting of a powerful sequence of 18 postures. As a holistic process, Surya Shakti cultivates great physical fitness and strength.
The practice of Surya Shakti offers a number of benefits including:
• Strengthens the heart
• Increases strength and vitality
• Improves immunity
• Corrects hormonal imbalances
• Provides endurance training
Practice requirements:
• Suitable for everyone aged 12 and over
• Moderate to high intensity
• No previous yoga knowledge required
You will learn a powerful 18-step yoga practice. The workshop has been designed so that you can practice Surya Shakti on your own after completing all sessions. All 2 or 3 sessions are mandatory!
