About Course

Upa-Yoga is a simple yet powerful set of ten practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. It is a good starting point for those who are new to yoga, and can be used as a preparation for other yoga practices. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics. It eliminates physical stress and fatigue. Upa Yoga activates the energy in the body and also lubricates the joints, resulting in an instant feeling of aliveness. It rejuvenates the body after a period of inactivity and neutralizes the effects of long journeys and jet lag.

 

Upa Yoga has a variety of positive effects:

Practice requirements:

•    Suitable for everyone aged 7+

•    Low intensity

•    No previous yoga knowledge required

You will learn a simple but powerful yoga practice. The workshop has been designed so that you can practice Upa Yoga on your own after completing all sessions. All sessions are mandatory.
