Why Yoga for Children?
According to the WHO, mental stress is becoming an increasingly serious issue in our society—and unfortunately, our children are not exempt. This makes it all the more important to experience a sense of inner balance from a young age. Yoga can serve as a preventive measure to help avoid many stress-related health conditions.

What is Isha Yoga?
Isha Yoga for Children offers every child a unique opportunity to fully explore and unfold their natural potential. The program introduces children to yoga in a fun, loving, and joyful way, supporting their optimal and healthy development.

An analysis of 76 studies from the UK, USA, and Europe found that yoga interventions significantly reduced hyperactivity and impulsiveness in children with ADHD (Source: Journal of Attention Disorders, 2020).
